“I have always been a thinker. I guess it comes from having spent most of my childhood alone on the farmhouse and being bullied at school for being gay. I used to be a very shy person. I was always lost in my own thoughts and would question myself.”

“Not much has changed, but I’m no longer shy. I’m bolder and I speak my mind. That being said I feel like I’m being followed by my past and I see that shadow of insecurities by my side. My mom and dad always taught me to grab an opportunity if it presents itself. Some have been great and others not so great. Either way it’s taught me life lessons and made a huge impact on the person I am today.”

“Now I’m moving to Kazakhstan to start a new chapter with my boyfriend. It’s the happiest I’ve been. Life is short and I’m glad to be taking this leap, despite my fears. We are always on a journey in search of something, I call it the great unknown. We can search the world but forget that it has been in us all along.”
